Our Story:
Founded in 2017 by Guillaume Rigallaud, Bizon has grown to 80 employees and €20 million in revenue. In 2022, the company was acquired by Publicis with the aim of expanding it within its subsidiaries to make it a global leader.
In less than 24 months, Bizon became the fastest-growing agency within Publicis France and opened its first offices in London and Milan.
Bizon is an ambitious and innovative project, but above all, it's a human and collective adventure, in a stimulating and supportive environment.

As the International Business Developer at Bizon, you will be the driving force behind our global growth strategy. Your primary mission will be to spearhead our expansion into new international markets, identifying and seizing high-potential opportunities that align with our business objectives. This role requires a proactive and strategic thinker who can navigate complex international landscapes, build strong relationships, and drive sustained revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:--> Lead Generation and Prospecting:
* Continuously source and identify new prospects by staying ahead of the latest trends and discovering emerging brands.
* Conduct market research to generate leads and identify high-potential brands that align with our growth strategy.

--> Sales and Business Development:
* Lead the entire sales process, from initial outreach and prospecting to closing deals.
* Present tailored solutions to prospective clients, effectively communicating Bizon’s value proposition.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor and point of contact.

--> Performance & Optimization:
* Set and monitor KPIs related to international sales performance.
* Continuously refine strategies and approaches based on performance data and market feedback.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.

Desired profile

Candidate Profile:
* You have a strong background in sales, with the ability to close deals and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
* You are results-driven, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* You have substantial experience in international business development, with a track record of successfully entering and growing markets.
* You’re a proactive problem solver who can adapt strategies based on market feedback and emerging opportunities.
* You are a persuasive communicator, capable of leading high-stakes conversations and negotiations.
* You excel at building and nurturing relationships, both internally and externally, and are comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
* You are fully bilingual in English, with proficiency in other languages being a significant advantage.

En 2022, la start-up est rachetée par Publicis, numéro 3 mondial de la communication.
Bizon, c’est 70 experts Amazon, au sein d’une équipe Publicis de + de 1000 talents, répartis sur 5 sites en France : Paris, Lille, Lyon, Rennes et Montpellier.
