We are seeking a Business Development Intern to recruit Businesses across the sectors and to promote our brand to millions of businesses out there. We are a Global Outsourcing and Procurement Marketplace based in London and has a great opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer intern.
This is an internship for a student or young graduate for immediate start looking to break into Recruitment role with BeTheBees Marketplace in an exciting and fast-paced outsourcing industry. At BeTheBees, we are passionate about supporting young talent and to help them discover their specific skills set through by creating innovative focused marketing solutions.
The perfect Business Development Intern should possess the following traits:
Source and Select companies against a stringent criteria
As a Resourcer, you will support Consultants with tasks such as company name gathering, telephone interviewing, company management, database maintenance and ensuring quality assurance compliance.
Network and advertise to potential companies
Identify skills to match appropriately with task/jobs
Company profiling/mapping utilising a variety of online tools
Company profile evaluation
Dealing with telephone queries
Working to tight deadlines
Multi-tasking and juggling tasks in a busy office
There is potential to progress to interviewing candidates over the phone at a later date once a knowledge and understanding of the Outsourcing, Supply Chain, Logistics and Purchasing sector has been attained.
Position to be filled immediately
Qualification in Management, Recruitment or in allied areas (or similarly oriented degree)
Full professional proficiency in English (native or bi-lingual)
Strong creative writing skills
Outstanding organizational and planning skills
Professional and comfortable in client facing situations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Multi-tasker, initiative taker, friendly, team player
