JUNIOR CONTROLLER HF

Job description

Shiseido Belgium, located in Brussels, is looking for an ambitious VIE JUNIOR CONTROLLER to provide support to the financial department by managing controlling tasks.
With the support of the Finance dept., the Candidate will have the following responsibilities :
1/ Providing weekly, monthly, dashboard / reporting
Generate all standard reporting requested
Ensure expenditures follow-up with BI tool,
Drive standard and smart reporting
Variances analysis vs previous years, budget, last forecast,
Follow-up on action plans
Creation of ad hoc evaluations and analyzes
2/ Taking part in accounting Closure, monthly, mid-year & year-end
Check accuracy and exhaustiveness of expenses booked (PO's)
Provide accounting teams with accruals, reclass, and other journal entries
3/ Budget process
Prepare files and presentation
4/ Work on ad-hoc projects,
Required skills :
Background in accounting operations with good knowledge in all areas of financial accounting
Strong analytical mindset
Strong Problem solving attitude and proactive approach
Knowledge SAP module FI-CO and Business Intelligence will be a plus
Excellent knowledge of Excel
Fluency in English
Curiosity and willing to learn
Enjoy working in a team and take initiatives
