You are responsible for leading Beaumier’s digital acquisition strategy across paid media (Google Ads, Meta, and social platforms) and organic search (SEO). This hybrid role combines performance marketing expertise with a deep understanding of search engine visibility, ensuring Beaumier's digital presence is discoverable, elegant, and effective in driving qualified traffic and direct bookings.
With a strong grasp of analytics, ad platforms, and technical SEO, you work cross-functionally with brand, content, and web teams to elevate the group’s visibility across all digital touchpoints.

* Paid Media strategy and execution
* Performance analysis and Optimization
* SEO management
* Cross-Team Collaboration
* Tools & Technical Oversight

Desired profile

Professional Experience
* Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in digital performance marketing and SEO, ideally within luxury travel, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
* Demonstrated success managing Google Ads, Meta campaigns, and SEO for premium brands or multi-property businesses.


Technical Skills
* Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, GA4, GTM, and Search Console.
* Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Yoast or similar.
* Analytical mindset with deep understanding of digital KPIs, attribution models, and customer acquisition funnels.


Soft Skills & Brand Fit
* Balanced thinker: analytical yet creative, performance-focused yet brand-sensitive.
* Autonomous, organized, and collaborative with strong attention to detail.
* Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus. ( Spanish and/or German)
* Passion for travel, design, culture, and storytelling, in line with Beaumier’s lifestyle brand spirit.
