Job description
As an OT Cyber Security Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and resilience of operational technology (OT) systems. Your responsibilities will span both pre-sales and post-sales activities, with a focus on technical expertise and client support
Desired profile
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pre-Sales:
Provide technical sales and demonstrations.
Offer expert advice and support during pre-sales opportunities.
Accompany the Sales Team on client visits as needed.
Assist in preparing information to support sales efforts
Creating and reviewing Statements of Work (SoWs).
Post Sales:
Conduct audits and risk assessments for OT environments
Design, build, test, deploy OT security equipment in OT environments.
Run proof of value assessments for clients
Collaborate with manufacturers to address product-specific issues.
Act as a technical authority during operational client calls.
Provide 3rd line support to the Service Desk Team.
Collaborate with the PS manager to schedule Pre-Sales and Technical Requirement Sheet (TRS) effectively.
Identify opportunities for enhancing the product and service portfolio through new technologies.
Respond to emergency outages following business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
Proactively engage with clients to meet their needs.
Collaborate with other Technical Service departments to achieve business objectives.
Provide guidance and support to other cyber security engineers.
Suggest areas for improvement to the OT Segment lead.
Fulfil other tasks as requested by the OT Segment lead.
Accurately log time spent on internal or client work
