The Human Resources department will serve a diverse population around 2800 employees (10 countries in Europe, Asia, US and Morocco) and 10 professional families and expertise. Group Operations Transformation has been set up in 2017 and will continue its in-depth transformation in the coming years

In this context, the Talent Management & Recruitment Team has 3 main accountabilities:

To attract and identify the talents needed in the organization to support the business objectives (external and internal pipeline)

To develop and retain the talents and guaranty career opportunities

·
To ensure Performance is managed in a fair and consistent manner

Mission

Formalize the job positions needs with managers and recruiters, carry out the candidates' pre-qualification process to provide the relevant shortlist to managers and recruiters while always promoting AXA Services image.

Main Activities

Job brief:

·
In collaboration with the recruiter, contribute to the job brief creation with the manager.

·
Advise manager on the labor market to guide the job brief creation.

Define a sourcing strategy

·
Identify and select the relevant channel to source candidates

·
Effectively use tools such as search engines, job boards, LinkedIn and social channels to source candidates

Candidates pre-selection:

·
Identify and pre-qualify candidates, promoting AXA Group Operations brand.

·
Provide qualitative short list to the recruiter and manager.

·
Provide Group Operations pipeline with identified candidates for the needed positions.

·
Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels; recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, data bse search, and referrals.

Reporting:

· Regularly provide reports to inform the recruiter on the sourcing status

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

Technical skills:
