Job Purpose

The main objective of the investment specialist team is to represent investment teams in client-facing activities, develop and promote investment products, and provide high-quality client service. The team work directly to contribute to the growth of AXA IM in partnership with the investment teams and client group.

Key roles and responsibilities

Business development

Support the investment team in all types of clients facing, marketing and communication initiatives.
Gather and organize information on the firm, the strategies, processes, products, and investments
Work with the Sales and RFP teams to structure high-quality answers to prospect requests
Design and structure key messages and adapt messages for product materials

Develop our fixed income offering for clients

Attend regular investment meetings to become an expert in your strategy/strategies
Use this knowledge to be an internal central point of reference
Develop and promote a range of products and solutions to respond to future investor demand

Update and create investment-related content for assigned investment strategies

Own the marketing messaging for assigned strategies and produce high quality content for external audiences, including fund presentations, web content and other promotional literature
Write regular publications (e.g. monthly perspectives, monthly/quarterly comments)
Keep standard materials up to date

A high quality of client service

Organise timely and accurate responses to all types of client or prospect queries
Deliver high quality client analysis
Present topics of expertise and standard updates to clients

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Candidate Profile

Education/Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
· Any other qualifications related to the Asset Management industry would be a plus.

Experience

· A strong understanding of investment concepts and strategies, particularly in Fixed Income
· Experience dealing with the retail, wholesale and institutional segments
· Client-facing experience a positive.

Knowledge and Skills

· Strong Fixed Income market and strategy knowledge
· Responsible Investment knowledge
· Perfect command of English required (written and verbal), other languages would be a plus
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, is required.
· Ability to write articulately and concisely on technical subjects is a must
· Tableau/VBA/Python/other coding skills are preferred
