The ETF specialist combines a high level of ETF knowledge and a business development mindset, working directly to contribute to the asset growth of AXA IM's ETF range in partnership with Sales and investment teams.
Content Creation and Update for ETFs:
Define the marketing message and produce high-quality content and regular publications covering a wide range, from macro analyses of the ETF market to industry flow analysis, market event reactions, specific viewpoints, and repurposing existing content to link it to ETFs (i.e., take clear positions, comment on flows).
Prepare standard and ad hoc presentations for specific client and industry events, as well as notes for media interviews. Produce content to demonstrate the superiority of our ETF range and build comparative tools - ability to analyze TE, TD, spreads, ADV, volumes, historical performance, and build scorecards.
Sales Support:
Act as the main point of contact for various department (sales, marketing and communication, product development, etc.) and work closely with the RFP team to structure appropriate and high-quality answers to prospect requests. Participate in the sales process from RFP review/support to pitches.
Gather and organize information on the firm, strategies, processes, funds, and performances for the purpose of responding to ad hoc and technical questions, preparing and attending review/prospective meetings.
Active Contribution to ETF Sales Team Meetings:
Help define key performance messages. Provide relevant client/sales team feedback.
Contribution to innovation efforts.

Required Qualifications:
Education/Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or higher required) or any other qualifications related to Asset Management and/or the ETF industry would be advantageous.
Experience
Experience in a similar role within the ETF industry (minimum 2 years).
Knowledge and Skills
Strong ETF knowledge. Solid understanding of Equity and Fixed Income asset classes. Fluent in English (written and verbal). Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Bloomberg. Ability to write articulately and concisely on technical subjects is a must.
