The ETF specialist combines high level of ETF knowledge and business development mindset, working to directly contribute to the asset growth of AXA IM ETF range in partnership with Investment Teams & Sales.

Update and create investment related content for ETFs:

<-- [if supportLists]-->· <--[endif]-->Own the marketing message and produce high quality content and regular publications which spreads from macro pieces related to ETF market, to analyzing industry flows, to reacting to market events, views and re-use existing content to link it to ETFs (i.e. take clear positions, share specific market view, comment of flows).

<-- [if supportLists]-->· <--[endif]-->Prepare standard pitchbooks and ad hoc presentations for specific client and industry events, and notes for media interviews.

<-- [if supportLists]-->· <--[endif]-->Produce content to demonstrate superiority of our ETF range/build comparative tools – ability to measure TE, TD, spreads, ADV, volumes, historical performance and build scorecards.

Sales support:

<-- [if supportLists]-->· <--[endif]-->Being the main point of contact for generalist sales, the ETF specialist works with the RFP team to structure appropriate and high-quality answers to prospect requests. Participate in sales process from RFP review/support to pitches.

<-- [if supportLists]-->· <--[endif]-->In liaison with all parts of the company, gather, organize information on the firm, the strategies, processes, funds and performances for the purpose of responding to ad hoc and technical questions, preparing and attending review/prospective meetings.

<-- [if supportLists]-->· <--[endif]-->Closely work with the ETF sales teams globally to identify client needs and develop tools to arm sales on each ETF. For instance, articulating index tracking portfolio construction features and demonstrate how active ETFs can add value to the incumbent when needed.

Active contributor to the regular ETFs’ sales team meetings:

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Education/Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or higher required.

· Any other qualifications related to the Asset Management and/or ETF industry would be advantageous.

Experience

· Experience in a similar/same role within the ETFs industry (minimum 5 years).

· Financial engineering background would be a plus.

Knowledge and Skills

· Strong ETFs knowledge, including passive and active strategies.

· Solid understanding of Equity and Fixed Income asset classes.

· Perfect command of English required (written and verbal).

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Bloomberg.

· Ability to write articulately and concisely on technical subjects is a must.

· Able to prioritise and maintain a positive attitude in fast-moving situations
