We are looking for our next Early Career Talent Acquisition Specialist Apprentice as of September 2025 and for 1 year at AXA Headquarters
Location : 25 avenue Matignon, 8th arrondissement Paris.

Within the HR Department, you will join the Talent Acquisition team as Early Career Talent Acquisition Specialist Apprentice.
What You’ll Do
- Be involved in all stages of the hiring process for Early Talents Manage Talent Analytics for the Early Talents population
- Facilitate onboarding sessions and implement actions engaging the Early Talents community
- Track the progress and career development of interns and apprentices
- Serve as an ambassador for our culture and values by participating in Forums and School Campus events.

Who You Are
· You have a good level of English to conduct interviews with English-speaking candidates and managers.
· You are interested in various fields (IT, Audit, Risk, Legal, Communication, Marketing, Studies).
· You are not afraid of direct approach, candidate closing, and data.
· You enjoy working on a variety of tasks and managing multiple projects at the same time.
· You like working in a cross-functional environment and aim to evolve in an international context.
