Actuary - Pricing & Forecast Models - International

Job description

Take on an international challenge as an Actuary at AXA Partners, innovating with cutting-edge tools and models to shape the future of insurance!

What you’ll be doing:

·  Develop and improve pricing and profitability tools and models for all countries and coverages within the CLP line.
·  Provide technical support to underwriting teams for daily product pricing.
·  Contribute to the management of the Business Unit’s portfolio by assessing future profitability of activities.
·  Participate in the implementation and maintenance of internal Solvency II and IFRS 17 models in collaboration with AXA France teams.
·  Assist in deploying a centralized actuarial tool on R via a R Shiny platform, including development and maintenance of functionalities.
·  Build a profitability tool for managing the current portfolio and new business to support the BU’s strategy.
·  Contribute to the deployment of API solutions for offer pricing.
·  Support the integration of internal models into pricing tools for economic capital calculations.
·  Ensure governance compliance across all actuarial activities.
·  Collaborate with international teams (underwriting, risk management, finance) in Europe and Latin America to ensure coherence and effective sharing of issues.

​What you’ll bring:

·  Master’s degree (Bac+5) in engineering, actuarial sciences, or statistics.
·  Successful experience (2+ years) in Technical Department or Risk Management.
·  Strong interest in risk assessment and mathematical modeling.
·  Proficiency in R, R Shiny, VBA, Python, and capable of developing API solutions.
·  Fluent in English (mandatory) to communicate with international stakeholders.
