Job description
Navigator Investment Services Ltd (“NISL”) is licensed by MAS as a Capital Markets Services (CMS) Licensee under the Securities and Futures Act (Cap.289) to deal in securities and provide custodial services. Navigator is an integrated investment portfolio administration service that functions like a hub to bring together the products and tools to facilitate the management of investment portfolio by customers and Financial Advisers
a. aggregation of the investment funds;
b. administration services to manage the total investment portfolio;
c. custodial services for the retail client’s investment holdings; and
d. website solution for the FA’s to transact, manage and track client’s portfolio 24/7.
The new joiner would primarily provide investment research to maintain a focus fund list, investment content creation and marketing support to both B2B & B2C helping to grow the business and ensure more brand prominence within the investment platform space including events, offline marketing campaign/sales support, partner relationship support etc.
Responsibilities
·
Investment content creation for B2B, B2C & B2B2C involving investment research and writing of investment articles
·
Development of web content including research, ideation, writing, copy editing, selection of images, content marketing initiatives and performance monitoring
·
Maintain a content calendar
·
Improve content of monthly newsletter based on data insights and client’s/FA feedback
·
Host webinars/seminars involving FAs and/or direct clients
·
Speak at events to engage end clients and provide product training to FAs
·
Work closely with the team to improve content marketing conversions and maintain regular engagement with clients & FAs through events
·
Perform investment research and maintain a focus fund list for the organization
·
Actively monitor digital marketing channels and optimize budgets for better conversions
·
Manage marketing vendor/stakeholder relationships both internal and external
·
Assist to perform user testing on the platform to ensure functionality and perform content checks
·
Create both online and offline marketing assets/deliverables for marketing campaigns
·
Support BAU marketing duties & other ad-hoc duties assigned to deliver business outcome
Capabilities
·
English literacy – Excellent command of English in writing and speaking
·
Past experience in investment research/marketing and a good understanding of investment products especially unit trusts
·
Customer focus – Good understanding of consumer behaviors, customer segmentation and targeting
·
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
·
Digital – Familiar with digital platforms, particularly direct to consumer platforms
·
Computer literate; Microsoft office (excel, word & PowerPoint)
