Project management officer - Global sales transformation

Our Team

Our Global Sales Team of client-focused members is responsible for the definition, deployment and implementation of Worldline’s commercial strategy. Our mission is twofold: driving business growth and leading sales transformation across Worldline’s business divisions and international organization. Furthermore, we ensure our global strategy is consistently tailored to the local needs of our clients.

Your missions

As part of an international team, in coordination with international sales teams, and global sales and marketing teams, you will contribute to business development initiatives.  You will participate to improving sales dynamics and organizational transformation. You will report to the Deputy head of Global Sales & Marketing.

Projects are in multi-functional coordination between sales, marketing, communication and HR teams, in local entities and at global level.

Among these initiatives:

- Organization of an external event 'Worldline e-payments challenge', a co-innovation event with Worldline, Fintechs and Clients in order to encourage the development of partnerships in payment,

- Organization of an internal 'Sales Event' with 300 sales representatives in order to train sales representatives in internal sales techniques and Worldline products,

- Dynamisation of an internal tool to encourage sales through games,

-Development of the Sales Academy, to encourage Sales performance (including career path, onboarding program, e-learnings…), in connection with HR team,

- Draft and improvement of the Commercial & Marketing newsletter,

- Participation in the overall strategy for organizational transformation

Your profile

- You have a previous experience in consulting or program management

- You are curious, rigorous, creative and interested in new technologies

- You are enthusiastic, positive, and enjoy convincing

- You have excel basis

- You like working in a team

- You are fluent in English
