Job description:
The Internal Communications Specialistwill be responsible for a wide variety of communications activities to support Internal communications, employee engagement and change management across the North America organization. Working under the direction of the Head of Corporate Communications and in conjunction with another Internal Communication Manager, the person selected for this role will develop and create dynamic, engaging content aligned to the company’s vision and that helps promote and enhance Atos as a great place to work.
Theposition is based inthe Atos offices in Irving, TX (between Dallas & Ft. Worth)
Key responsibilities:
· Create and distribute employee-facing content for consumption across various channels.
· Identify and develop employee communications strategies and execute innovative programs that engage employees in a way that connects them to the company’s strategies.
· Support change management messaging and activities.
· Develop leadership and sales announcements for internal and customer audiences.
· Effectively partner with key stakeholders including Human Resources, Marketing, Sales, and other internal teams.
· Manage internal communications’ tools including intranet email, social media and video platforms.
· Contribute content and materials for internal events including all hands meetings, town hall meetings, and other North American based internal events.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree
· Experience creating and publishing editorial content for web, social and email
Preferred Qualifications:
· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex issues to an internal audience
· Project management and organizational skills
· Graphic design experiencepreferred
· Ability to excel in fast-paced environments
· Collaborative, congenial and team-oriented personality
· 1- 3years’ experience within Corporate Communications, Internal Communications or Public Relations, preferably in the technology sector. Agency experience welcome
· Writing Samples required (internal campaign, media relations, social media, etc.)
