The role of Dealmaker @Atos

 

The “CEO of the deal”, that’s the role of Dealmaker at Atos. You are the architect of large deals, which means working closely with clients at C-level to understand, advise, shape, negotiate and ultimately close Atos’ largest and most complex deals.

Your excellent consultative selling skills will not only enable you to understand the challenging needs of our clients, but also help translate them to scalable, profitable and winning solutions.  

Your responsibilities include:

·  Leading deal operations from pursuit through to transition,
·  As the “CEO of the deal” you coordinate, steer and integrate all necessary business resources,
·  Liaising with cross-business unit teams and senior management to turn your client’s needs into a solution,
·  Structuring and leading contract negotiations,
·  Staying ahead of industry developments and identifying innovative business opportunities and offering elements.

You’re not in this alone. Our Atos Large Dealmaking team consists of likeminded passionate professionals and is made up of eight Dealmakers and five Bid Directors. Together you create strategic business for Atos.

The department

Your team is part of the Markets division and has a regional focus on the Benelux & the Nordics. We are a growing division of expert and driven professionals with a real passion for establishing relationships,  and we are passionate for sales and for IT.

 

Who are you?

·  To be successful in this role you have a proven track record of sales success in strategic/complex sales and/or dealmaking,
·  Your consultative selling skills are excellent, you are a true relationship builder across all levels up to CxO, and an energetic a go-getter,
·  You are the type of professional who leads by example and thereby naturally inspires the team and others around you to win,
·  As a strategic sales leader you are comfortable with, and well recognized for, taking complex, unstructured situations and leading the room (both customer and internal) in order to achieve clarity, understanding and agreement,
·  You have solid experience in outsourcing sales, 
·  You possess excellent business communication skills in both Dutch and English.
