What you'll do

As a Senior Client Executive at Nectar360, your primary responsibility will be to develop a deep understanding of our business and capabilities, as well as Sainsbury's, in order to effectively manage client relationships and deliver on annual revenue targets. This will involve building strong relationships with clients to identify revenue opportunities and applying Nectar360 solutions based on their objectives. You will support clients in their annual planning process with Sainsbury's and ensure timely delivery of results, reporting and making recommendations based on campaign evaluation. Additionally, you will establish relationships with key personnel at Sainsbury's and relevant agencies, effectively manage revenue generation from pipeline to conversion, and ensure accurate forecasting and invoicing. Your proactive approach, strong project management skills, and ability to stay updated on industry trends and competitive threats will be instrumental in driving success in this role.

 

Who you are

As a Senior Client Executive at Nectar360, you are a results-driven professional with a deep understanding of our business capabilities, insights, and communications capabilities, as well as the retail landscape, particularly in the FMCG industry. With 1-2 years of previous client management experience, you have a proven track record in building strong client relationships and delivering against annual revenue targets. Your expertise in marketing practices, coupled with your strong project management, communication, and presentation skills, enable you to effectively understand and address client objectives, provide tailored solutions, and manage all aspects of client activity within budget and timelines. With your self-motivation and proactive attitude, you contribute to the success of the wider team and stay informed on industry trends and competitive threats to leverage opportunities for our clients.
