What you'll do
As a People Operations Advisor at Sainsbury's, you will play a crucial role in providing guidance and support to bereaved families and internal stakeholders following a Death in Service, processing administration tasks with accuracy and compliance. You will also guide managers and colleagues through Workplace Adjustment processes, ensuring they have the necessary support and resources to thrive in the workplace. Your attention to detail and strong customer focus will be essential as you handle various HR processes and policies, maintain accurate records, and respond to queries effectively. Additionally, you will drive efficiencies and improvements in internal processes, contributing to a high level of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Who you are
You are a highly detail-oriented professional with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and support in sensitive HR matters such as Death in Service and Workplace Adjustments. Your ability to maintain a high level of accuracy while working efficiently under pressure, coupled with your expertise in HR policies and processes, enables you to guide and advise colleagues and managers effectively. With your excellent communication skills and experience in handling various customer groups, you ensure that interactions are of the highest quality, fostering a supportive and compliant environment for all stakeholders.
