What you'll do


As a Midweight Conceptual Designer at Sainsbury's, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering creative concepts and designs that align with the brand's vision and objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and UX / UI, to understand project requirements and translate them into visually captivating and innovative designs. Using your exceptional design skills and a deep understanding of consumer insights, you will create compelling visual concepts, prototypes, and presentations that effectively communicate ideas and engage the target audience. Additionally, you will stay up to date with industry trends and best practises, constantly seeking opportunities to push the boundaries of creativity and deliver impactful design solutions. Your ability to think strategically, inspire others with your creative vision, and work efficiently within project timelines will contribute to the overall success of Sainsbury's brand and customer experience.

You are a highly creative and talented individual with a passion for visual storytelling and design. With your keen eye for aesthetics and innovative thinking, you have the ability to bring ideas to life and create visually impactful concepts across various mediums. Your expertise in graphic design, typography, and layout enables you to effectively communicate brand messages and engage audiences.
