What you'll do

You will be responsible for leading and inspiring a diverse team of colleagues to effectively deliver strategic change programmes across the division, ensuring operational excellence in serving stores and customers. 

Your role will involve fostering a values-driven, inclusive culture, coaching and developing leadership skills within the team, and promoting effective programme management methodologies to drive projects on-time and within budget. 

You will collaborate with key stakeholders to develop future project pipelines, act as a leader for specific corporate projects, and ensure that customer-centric decision-making processes are at the forefront of operational strategies, all while championing diversity and inclusive leadership practises.

 

Who you are

A seasoned leader with a proven track record in driving strategic change programmes and inspiring teams to achieve ambitious goals. Your exceptional communication and influencing skills enable you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. 

With a focus on inclusive leadership, customer-centric decision-making, and continuous improvement, you lead by example in creating a values-driven culture that fosters innovation, talent development, and operational excellence in the ever-evolving landscape of supply chain and logistics operations.
