Your role will involve consistently identifying opportunities through market analysis and business performance, building a strategic vision supported by a programme of work across the Food Proposition team, and managing differentiated pricing strategies across channels. Additionally, you will lead the effective adoption of value frameworks and rulesets within the business, ensuring cohesive alignment and balanced rationale for change, while also overseeing value performance review and market insight to drive meaningful, positive change across the organisation and support the evolution and communication of Sainsbury's First Choice for Food strategy.

Your strong analytical skills, collaborative approach, and effective storytelling abilities enable you to inspire and empower your team to develop and implement impactful value frameworks that resonate with customers and drive business success.
