What you'll do
As a Flexible Space Performance Analyst at Sainsbury's, you will play a crucial role in producing actionable insights on the performance of flexible space, such as Plinths, Shippers, and Pallets, across various Channels and Business Units. Your responsibilities will include analysing and interpreting data from multiple sources to provide engaging stories on flexible space performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and aligning strategies to drive commercial success and enhance customer satisfaction. You will lead the periodic PIR process, support key projects with insightful analysis, define project hypotheses and KPIs, and communicate recommendations effectively to stakeholders at different levels. Your ability to work with data, interpret trends, and communicate complex information in a clear and engaging manner will be essential in shaping the future direction of flexible space within Sainsbury's Food & GM Commercial divisions.

Who you are
As a Flexible Space Performance Analyst at Sainsbury's, you are a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a passion for problem-solving and interpreting data to drive actionable insights. Your strong communication skills allow you to effectively consolidate complex information into a clear and engaging story, influencing key stakeholders and aligning them on strategic changes to improve flexible space performance. With experience in working with various data formats and a keen eye for trends and market performance, you play a vital role in shaping both short-term actions and long-term strategies to enhance commercial performance and customer satisfaction across multiple business units and channels.
