What you'll do
As a Display Coordinator at Sainsbury's, you will play a key role in bringing our business strategy to life through visually inspiring displays in our stores. Your attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally will enable you to create displays that are easy to shop and maximise the impact of our great ranges. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including the trading teams, to support live builds and ensure optimal range performance through micro analysis and reporting. Your project and relationship management skills will be put to the test as you deliver to critical timelines and maintain effective communication with key stakeholders throughout the range build process. Additionally, you will utilise your creative skills to design and produce store implementation packs, including detailed planograms and merchandising guidelines. Your contribution to the display team will contribute to the overall success of our business and provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Who you are
As a Display Coordinator for Sainsbury's, you are a skilled professional with a strong understanding of visual merchandising and the ability to create visually compelling displays. With your previous experience in a retail environment, you excel in delivering visually inspiring displays while adhering to dressing rules and merchandising principles. Your creative skills allow you to design and develop detailed planograms and merchandising guidelines, ensuring effective communication to stores. With your ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment, you consistently deliver results both as an individual and as part of a team. Your strong communication and relationship-building skills enable you to engage and influence key stakeholders. Your knowledge of product, market trends, and consumer preferences, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Photoshop, further contribute to your success in this role.
