Our job is to design and supply promotional items to our B to B customers that are international brands (Cosmetics, Wine and Spirits, Retailers …)

Our head office is in Lille (north of France) and we are also located in Paris, New-York, Hong-Kong, Dubai, Singapore and Shanghai (100 people in total).

Job Description:

Responsible for assisting with day-to-day product development process.

Their duties may include sample’s/ product’s organization and performing clerical tasks. They will work closely with experienced designers and the sales team time to time. Specific tasks may vary, but not limited to checking/ analyzing new samples, taking high-res photographs of samples/ products, digital files organization, and samples/ fabrics organization. When applicable (if intern is profession with Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator), he/ she could help with editing time to time.

Profile:

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to organize samples, products, and digital files efficiently.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous in checking and analyzing new samples and ensuring accuracy in all tasks.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in taking high-resolution photographs of samples and products. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus for occasional editing tasks.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with experienced designers and the sales team, demonstrating good communication and teamwork skills.

Adaptability: Flexibility to handle varying tasks and responsibilities as needed in a dynamic work environment.

Interest in Product Development: A keen interest in the product development process and a desire to learn and grow within the field.
