Your Missions
- Daily Accounting Management:
- Independently handle day-to-day operations such as recording and reviewing entries, invoicing, managing customer accounts and collections, bank reconciliations, and supplier payments.
- Quarterly Financial Statements Preparation:
- Play a key role in account closings, inter-company transaction reconciliation, and aligning Hong Kong GAAP with French GAAP standards for the head office in France.
- Annual Audit Support:
- Prepare and facilitate audits in close collaboration with local auditors.
- Cash Flow Monitoring and Monthly Budget Management:
- Supervise cash flow to ensure optimized resource management.
- Monthly Payroll and Social Contributions:
- Manage the entire payroll process, including MPF contributions for Hong Kong, and handle employee expense reports and bonuses.
- Budget Analysis and Forecasting Support:
- Assist the financial controller with strategic reporting and analysis to guide company decisions.
- Administrative and Legal Management:
- Oversee essential administrative and legal processes in collaboration with local teams.

Your Profile
- You are ready for new challenges. Knowledge of software “SAGE” is an asset.
- You are fluent in English;
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and possess strong analytical skills to enhance our business performance.
- Organized, autonomous, and adaptable, you thrive in teamwork while managing your responsibilities independently.
- With strong communication skills, you can interact effectively with different departments and partners.
