WFS Staffing Coordinator will support hiring events and job fairs conducted by the Amazon Workforce Staffing Team. This role is essential to creating a positive candidate and employee experience. The Staffing Coordinator will play an integral role in directing candidates through the application process, presenting Amazon employment options, and facilitation of orientation to new hires. Looking for someone who will thrive on pulling many pieces together to form a complete picture, and would enjoy working in a team environment. This is a hand's on role working with potential new Amazon associates at live, in-person events around the local area.
Key responsibilities include
· Frequently travel to various sites within the geographic area to host hiring events, new hire orientation, community events, and job fairs
· Support candidate activity to ensure all electronic paperwork is completed on time
· Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
· Tracking recruiting activities and reporting candidate status
· Administering the job posting process for all staff openings in ATS system
· Generate reporting from Salesforce tool, and perform daily workflow audits
· Present information on the Amazon hiring process to large groups of job seekers and address basic questions regarding recruiting process
· Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities and the onboarding of new hires
· Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and workflow efficiency
· Administrative tasks as needed

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Basic qualifications
· High School diploma or GED equivalent
· Organizational skills with attention to detail, ability to prioritize and work in an environment with competing demands
· Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access
· Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Salesforce preferred)
