DESCRIPTION
In this role, the Training and Certification Field Marketing Operations Manager will support the marketing team to drive to organizational goals and initiatives, providing essential data analyses and reports to Marketing and management teams, and operate critical Marketing related processes. This global role also supports budget management, marketing infrastructure oversight and coordination with the Sales Operations functions.
Key Responsibilities -
· Provide weekly and monthly Marketing performance analysis and reports: collecting related Marketing data from IT systems, conducting data analysis, and publishing reports to the team on time with accuracy
· Own ongoing operational reviews of the marketing performance reports with the global and regional teams.
· Own various data analysis for management team's decision-making, including marketing program performance analysis, campaign performance analysis and marketing efficiency etc.
· Continuously reinforce the correct usages of CRM and web analytics tools for Marketing team; manage the data integrity of CRM tool by providing weekly usage reports to Marketing
· Lead our data governance efforts including validation, cleansing, and augmentation/appending.
· Define process to facilitate flow of data between systems to produce metrics.
· Implement processes to support KPIs, lead flow, compliance standards, and continuous improvement of our marketing systems.
· Effectively manage marketing budget and provide analysis and report to improve Marketing ROI
· Effectively manage the critical operational processes that affect the Marketing productivity and customer experience
· Provide oversight of marketing systems and integrations. Become the subject matter expert for the infrastructure.
Desired profile
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in deep technical knowledge of marketing operations, automation, data flows, and campaign execution as well as best practices for sales and marketing processes.
· 3 to 5 years knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo or other marketing automation systems, Adobe CQ - or other CMS system, Google Analytics, Adobe Site Catalyst (Omniture) - or other web analytics tools. Familiar with Tableau Software, basic HTML and other programming languages and data warehouse structures.
· Capable of providing correct data analyses under time pressure; Mastery of data analytical tools, e.g. Tableau,
· Self-motivated, extremely data-driven, quick learner
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
· Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization
· Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Math, or related field
