The world-wide Outbound Marketing Team connects with customers with personalized marketing via email and push notifications, building technology and providing expertise throughout the company to merchandise Amazon s products and brands. The team's mission is for customers to feel the same curiosity and delight to see a notification from Amazon as they feel to see an Amazon box on their doorstep. The Outbound Marketing Team is looking for a talented and experienced marketing manager to improve and refine our marketing process. This role will work directly with teams across Amazon to lead email experimentation and execute a best-in-class customer experience, internally and externally. You will be collaborating with teams of marketing specialists, product managers, software engineers, visual designers, and marketing managers across Amazon corporate. Our environment requires someone who is well organized, logical, flexible, biased for action, detail-oriented, patient, and comfortable leading and working with multiple teams. We are seeking someone with demonstrated history of successful marketing program management, experience on leading large or complicated programs, and ability to clearly document and present their vision to leadership. Demonstrated capability on dealing with ambiguity, delivering innovative customer experiences, and simplifying processes will be key to success in this role.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

3-7 years leading innovative email acquisition and/or relationship programs.
Experience designing and executing A/B direct marketing experiments with statistical significance.
Experience writing creative briefs for designers.
Experience presenting business results to executives.
Ability to pull and organize complex data
