DESCRIPTION
-Being responsible for serious customer complaints escalated from dedicated channels and drive the solution for customers;
-Customer complaints data analysis and reporting;
-Collecting and interpreting industrial regulation and governance relation into customer service SOP and policy to ensure the compliance of company business operation;
-Continuously enhancing customer experience by customer experience face project initiates and driving internal company process improvement with the opportunities found by crisis.
-Other task assigned by mananger.
Desired profile
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years in customer experience field and familiar with customer right protection laws and other related regulations for customer complaints handling.
-Bachelor's degree.
-Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, and ability to adapt in a flexible and fast-paced environment.
-Willing to work under pressure and insist to advocate for customer experiences.
-Strong communication and presentation skills.
-Good spoken and written Japanese skills.
