シニア庫内工程管理マネジャー

今回、アマゾンでは横浜におけるフルフィルメントセンターでのシニア庫内工程マネージャーを募集しています。アマゾンは世界において最も知名度の高いブランドの一つであり、数百万点におよぶ商品を常に大切なお客様に向けて発送しています。

• 日々の業務量予測に基づき、生産性を左右する要件や変数を決定し、全体の発送業務の目的を達成する
• 自らのゴールを達成するために活動する一方で、他のメンバーと協力し合いながら、労働力の調整を行いバランスがとれ、かつ効率的なシフトの基で工程を運営する
• 全ての従業員にとって安全な作業環境を確保するために安全に関するプログラムを順守する
• 積極的に改善のポイントを見出し、工程の改善をリードする

マネジャーとしての責務:
シニア庫内工程管理マネジャーおよびそのチームはお客様のご注文を確実に取り扱うことに責任を持ちます。その中でシニア庫内工程管理マネジャーはメンバーをきっちりと教育すること、またメンバーが仕事に専念できるように彼らのニーズと向き合うことが求められます。

Sr. Area Manager

Amazon is seeking Sr.Area Managers for our Fulfillment Center (FCs) in Yokohama. Amazon is one of the most recognizable brand names in the world and we distribute millions of products each year to our loyal customers.
Four key areas that you'll always focus on are the safety, quality, customer experience, and productivity of your department.
• Review the work forecasts and determine your productivity requirements to produce during the day to meet the overall Fulfillment objectives.
• Partner with other Sr.Area Managers to balance labor ensuring that you are operating a balanced and efficient shift while meeting all of your goals.
• Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all associates.
• Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You and your team of fulfillment associates are responsible for getting Amazon customers their orders. You are responsible for ensuring that you have properly trained people, and that their needs are addressed so they can focus on their jobs.

Report to: Operations Manager
Supervises: Area Manager

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications (Required):
1. 4年制大学での学士号取得
2. 従業員およびそのパフォーマンスに対するマネジメント経験
3. パフォーマンス指標およびプロセス改善(how, when, how)の経験

Experience:
2-3 years きわめて重要な期日設定がなされている状況下で、高いパフォーマンスのチームを管理する能力が発揮されていること

Education:
Required Degree 4年制大学での学士号

Special Physical Conditions/Requirements:
勤務時間への柔軟な対応が可能であることが必須

Qualifications (Required):
1. A completed Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
2. Direct management experience for employees and their performance
3. Experience with performance metrics and process improvement (how, when, who)

Experience:
2-3 years: Must have demonstrated a capability of managing a high performance team in an environment where meeting critical deadlines was essential.

Education:
Required Degree: Bachelor's Degree

Special Physical Conditions/Requirements:
Must be able to work flexible hours
