Partner Solutions Architect, High Performance Computing (HPC)

DESCRIPTION

We are guiding the world's leading Technology and Consulting Partners toward High Performance Computing (HPC) in the cloud, and helping them modernize along the way. With services like AWS Batch, Amazon EKS, AWS Lambda, and Amazon FSx for Lustre, we're helping Partners simplify, if not re-invent, the HPC customer experience.

If you're an HPC expert but have limited experience with AWS, we can help you ramp up on all things AWS and give you access to the world's foremost experts in all things cloud. In your work with customers and Partners, you will regularly interface with AWS product teams.

Having experience across several types of HPC workloads as enabled by technology partners' solutions will aid in working with teams focused on verticals. Expert knowledge in one or more of Life Sciences, Media & Entertainment, Computer-Aided Engineering, Electronic Design Automation, or Oil & Gas upstream processing will give you a foundation for Diving Deep in the other areas.

Responsibilities:
· Earn Trust of our Technology Partners and help them innovate, paving the way for the next decade of HPC solutions
· Collaborate with product, field, and Partner teams on customer-facing initiatives
· Build your personal brand and find your industry voice through blog posts, whitepapers, technical webinars, and workshops
· Bring your Think Big ideas to life, potentially creating new product and services

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 7+ years of highly technical, hands-on job experience related to HPC workloads in some combination of having been a customer, pre-sales support, or solution architect
· Experience working directly with customers is required
