Prime Video is changing the way people watch movies and TV shows, offering more than 250,000 new release movies, next-day television shows, and classic favorites to rent or purchase on demand. Amazon Prime members get unlimited access to thousands of titles for no additional charge, including exclusive Prime Originals like Jack Ryan, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, and The Man in the High Castle.

We are seeking an exceptionally talented Paid Search Marketing Manager who can leverage digital expertise in planning, execution and optimization of our marketing channels. As a Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for shaping the future of our customer acquisition and engagement marketing for Prime Video. This role focuses on the development of paid search marketing strategies and subsequent execution. You will analyze channel performance, recommend strategy, and lead initiatives to grow the channel. You will manage and report day-to-day performance, and learn and influence multiple stakeholders including Prime Video Marketing teams across the world. The impact of this role is significant and broad, accounting for a large percentage of our KPIs.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills as well as problem solving skills with a good understanding of digital marketing. The candidate will need to leverage their proven track record of leading as well as executing marketing initiatives. In addition, ability to work with analytics team, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to understand overall marketing strategy and support.

Your key responsibilities will be:
· Own the strategy, planning, and execution of the Prime Video Search Marketing channel. This would include keyword expansion, bid optimization, ad text optimization, and campaign analysis
· Create and execute initiatives to grow the channel working with search vendors (such as Google, Bing, and Yahoo)
· Analyze and communicate marketing performance to local and global stakeholders sharing and learning best practices
· Work closely with internal content marketing team and support new title launches including Amazon Original and exclusive titles
· Partner with internal Amazon teams to advance measurement and understanding of ROI and incrementality

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in a related field
· 3+ years Search Engine Marketing experience
· Basic knowledge in SQL
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Comfortable with advanced Excel and capable of manipulating data in order to perform both high level and more granular analysis. This includes familiarity with VLookups, Pivot tables, and other such functionalities
· Deep understanding of search bidding tools and platforms
· Proven analytical and quantitative skills, and an ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, drive rationale, discover root causes and identify opportunities
