DESCRIPTION

Do you like to build seamless processes for efficient marketing program management? The IN Kindle Content team is looking for an experienced Marketing Program Manager to support marketing, alliances and content operations for Kindle organization’s initiatives in the EdTech space. We are looking for a motivated self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. The successful candidate will have an extremely high level of customer focus and a passion for process improvement.

Responsibilities:
· Supporting marketing, alliances and content teams towards operational excellence.
· Work with key stakeholder teams internally to manage end-to-end marketing programs from onboarding partners to managing day to day relationships.
· Working with various external stakeholders (agencies, advertising partners etc) to manage marketing operations across digital and offline channels.
· Identify process improvement and optimization opportunities to improve demand generation and engagement initiatives.
· Develop and execute A/B testing plans for customer targeting and messaging to understand right mix and scale campaigns based on analyzed metrics.
· Create marketing campaigns and operational processes with the goal of automation.
· Own the analysis, reporting, and optimization of our marketing channels;
· Tie up with key partners/websites towards demand generation and building visibility.
· Develop customer insights and follow market segment trends closely to anticipate challenges and opportunities.

Preferred qualifications
· Team-oriented, with the ability to work with and influence others in remote organizations.
· Strengths in problem solving and issue-resolution, ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
· Knowledge of Digital marketing tools and strategies.
· Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
· Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate credible forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications:
· 3+ years of professional experience in marketing operations/program management, within a fast-paced metrics driven environment
· Experience in leading small to medium sized projects/campaigns.
· Experience in working with external vendors and service providers.
· Basic understanding of legal contracts and experience in liaising with related teams.
· Proven analytical and quantitative skills and demonstrated ability to work with numbers
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
