Prime Now is a premium supply chain that is capable of delivering orders within 2 hours of placement. The team aims to exceed the expectations of our customers by ensuring that their orders are delivered as quickly, accurately, and in the most cost effective way as possible. This role is based out of our Bangalore corporate office and is for an experienced, passionate, dynamic, analytical, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed individual.
About the role: This position involves regular communication with senior management, project sponsors on status, risks and change control. Stakeholder management, cross-team coordination and executive presentation skills are must. Candidate must be detail oriented, have superior verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills and should be able to juggle multiple tasks at once. Ideal candidate must be able to proactively identify problems that impact business and implement solutions to mitigate risks. The business analyst must be able to accurately prioritize projects, make sound data-driven judgments, and possess ability to influence stakeholders across different levels and teams to drive execution of critical projects. Ideal candidate must exhibit strong analytical skills and have proficiency in following tools: SQL, Advanced Excel, R, VBA, Macros. This job requires the candidate to constantly hit the ground running and ability to learn quickly.

Key responsibilities include:
· Monitor operations of the LM sites and manage required changes.
· Develop excel reports or basic models for analyzing data.
· Identify useful data accumulated from multiple sources and take necessary actions.
· Serve as a liaison between the internal and external stakeholders keeping in mind the objectives, limits, conformance and information privacy.
· Conduct audits based on SOP, analyze data and propose features focusing on improving the efficiency and accuracy of existing processes.
· Support the launch of new tools and processes to simplify Amazon supply chain capacity execution.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics or similar field.
· 0-1 years of work experience.
· Stakeholder management
- Knowledge of SQL / ETL and visualization tools like tableau.
- Extensive knowledge of excel.
- An ability and interest to work in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment.
- A work ethic based on a strong desire to work hard and curious to learn
interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to set the right priorities and work in a highly customer obsessed, competitive and high pressure environment.
