Amazon is all in on games, and Twitch Prime is one of a series of disruptive new initiatives that highlights our investment and dedication to the industry and its players. Twitch Prime, launched on September 30, 2016, is both the premium version of Twitch and includes a series of new benefit available to all Amazon Prime members geared at making Prime a no-brainer for core gamers. We believe the evolution that began with arcade communities a quarter at a time, growing to the live streams and eSports of today, will continue to a future in which fans are creators, players are celebrities, and games are a global cultural touchstone that cuts across age, gender and nationality. Games have the power to connect communities at a massive scale, and this role will delve into these communities, linking these communities to Amazon's broader ecosystem through content that is all about the gamers.
The Twitch Prime Acquisition Marketing team is looking for a Head of Channel Marketing to create and execute marketing strategy, and drive awareness and customers for Twitch Prime worldwide. You will provide data driven customer insights that shape how we introduce customers to Twitch Prime, and find fun ways to introduce them to all Twitch Prime benefits driving new members, high customer engagement and long term retention. The Head of Channel Marketing, Owned & Operated (O&O) owns the strategy for harnessing Amazon's marketing/media channels and tools (e.g, onsite marketing, sponsored search, contextual marketing, email, associates, box tape, etc.) to drive awareness and growth. This leadership role will leverage the candidate's deep knowledge of Amazon systems (Content Symphony, Vendisto, paws, email, etc.), data driven marketing and background in experimentation as well as network of internal contacts to build a massive community of gamers and grow one of the largest entertainment verticals at Amazon.

Success in this role requires a relentless, hands-on approach to delivering results including building and growing segments, running A/B tests, identifying new channel opportunities, establishing key partnerships, and maximizing regional opportunities across Amazon properties. This person is passionate about the gamer experience, comfortable with data, and experienced working with designers, engineers, and product managers to get things done. You will be both an exceptional leader, experience managing people through influence, and have stellar organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
· Develop and own Twitch Prime Acquisition strategy for using Amazon tools and channels.
· Obsess over players and drive acquisition by designing, implementing, testing, and scaling innovative marketing plans across all owned and operated channels.
· Think big and develop unique channel initiatives to stoke awareness and interest in our Prime benefit program.
· Collaborate and build relationships with marketing and advertising teams across Amazon and Twitch.
· Maintain a thorough understanding of the global games market, player behavioral trends, and competitor stores.
· Set KPI targets for O&O campaigns as part of Acquisition Marketing's leadership team.
· Lead NA and LATAM strategy for O&O.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 5+ years of digital marketing leadership experience in acquisition membership or retention marketing at scale.
· 2+ years working with internal Amazon tools, data systems, and marketing channels.
· 2+ years leading international acquisition and engagement for e-commerce
