We're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit to help manage vendor and assortment onboarding. You will be asked to help execute, and deliver on detailed plans, timelines and communicating on status, risks, and process changes. You will need to thrive and deliver results in an ambiguous, fast-paced, dynamic business environment, operating in multiple levels of the organization. You should be comfortable with a degree of ambiguity and pace that's higher than most projects.
Primary responsibilities:
· Help identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard strategic vendor partners and assortment
· Identify and implement process improvements and opportunities for innovation and simplification
· Execute plans while working with key internal stakeholders (e.g. Category Managers, Instock, Operations, etc.)
· Dive deep into data and root cause error states
· Develop best practices to foster, manage, track and measure success

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field
· 2+ years of relevant work experience including vendor management or supply chain management
· Experience with Excel and Access, or similar database
· Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
· Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
