Our Associate Recruiter works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization. The Recruiting Associate is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships; often providing candidates with their first impression of Amazon. This candidate will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge & Skills Required

· Creating and tracking candidate profiles through the process
· Identifying lags in the overall recruiting process and working with the recruiting team to streamline processes
· Working directly with sourcing recruiters, candidates and hiring managers
· Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new hires
· Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
· Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report
· Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
· Maintain a high level of candidate engagement & top class candidate experience.
· Brief candidates on the assessments to be taken & place them according to process profiled for
· Efficient in taking candidates through the interview process
· Schedule & conduct floor walks covering all employees across LOB's
· Screen and shortlist referrals for further rounds within a TAT of 24 hours from the time of application
