Its mission is to support our consultants in their continuous learning objectives and to support our customers by offering certified and customized trainings
Within the HRBP Department and reporting directly to the HRBP Manager, we are looking for an
Training Manager
To develop & administer training programs for all employees (consultants and internal staff ), assesse internal & external trainings
Located in Bruxelles (ALTEN BELGIUM Headquarters)
Key responsibilities
- Oversees training programs & trainers planning
- Determines training needs and requirements by meeting with managers
- Schedules training sessions, organizes information technology and other equipment, and manages course enrolment
- Works with managers and Talent Development Partner to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments
- Manages costs for all programs, productions, and publications regarding a return on investment
- Management, Administrative & Operational coordination
In coordination with the Technical Department
- Identifies & train new trainers
- Reviews existing training materials to determine appropriateness and relevance
- Modifies or creates course materials and training manuals to meet specific training needs
- Monitors training programs and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date and makes updates as necessary
- Maintains understanding of new educational and training techniques and methods
Profiles
- Minimum Bachelor in Administrative or Office Management
- French & English Speaker, Dutch would be a plus
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
- Good computer and database skills
- Flexible & Autonomous
- Driving license needed
