OBJECTIVE OF THE MISSION :

The candidate will work as Junior Project Controller on MERVAL and Rancagua express (EFE) projects

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES :

-Support Project Control Team in standardizing a detailed Risk and Opportunities Matrix, with specific triggering events, in order to improve visibility and actions to mitigate/enhance them.
-Support Operating Controller to ensure top-down actions are properly implemented in projects.
-Support constant follow ups of KPIS and key actions to ensure those are met : cash collection, revenue milestones, etc.
-Support the standardization of data and data assumptions for cost to come estimates
-Gather information on gaps/challenges within different functions to meet a straightforward data collection workflow
-Analyze data collected and support Finance Team on the evaluation and implementation of solution to eliminate the gaps: tailoring of SAP reports, excel spreadsheets, ADEL extracts, etc.
-Support on IFRS15 implementation in projects assigned

CANDIDATE PROFILE :

•Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accouting
•Expert Knowledge in MS Excel
•Organized skills, detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
•Working knowledge of SAP
•Experience in project or cost accounting
•Fluent in English
