Job description
Join Allianz Partners’ Operations Performance & Productivity division as a Working Student to gain hands-on experience in data analysis and contribute to meaningful projects that drive business decisions.
What you do
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Assist in gathering and preparing data from various sources.
- Data Analysis: Identify trends and insights to support business objectives.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create Power BI-based reports and visualizations to communicate findings.
- Project Support: Assist with ongoing data analytics projects.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide insights.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of data processes and analysis methods.
What you bring
- Education: Enrolled in a Bachelor’s/Master’s program in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields.
- Technical Skills: Familiar with data tools (Excel, SQL) and visualization tools (Power BI, Tablo, MicroStrategy).
- Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
- Teamwork: Collaborative, proactive, and able to manage time effectively.
