As a Working Student in the Product Governance & Initiatives team, you will play an integral role in shaping the strategic pricing framework for public markets investment strategies. Your contributions will help establish a robust pricing governance structure across diverse product ranges and implement pricing approaches aligned with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements. You will leverage data and technology to conduct pricing benchmarking analyses and deliver actionable insights that guide product decisions. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain exposure to pricing strategy, methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration within a global asset management environment.

This role is based in our Munich office.

What you will do

• Develop and refine the strategic pricing framework for public markets investment strategies
• Collect and analyze pricing data, creating clear and actionable visualizations using tools such as Power BI
• Support automation of pricing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Review existing product pricing structures and identify opportunities for optimization
• Conduct competitive benchmarking using multiple data sources to maintain market competitiveness
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate data-driven insights into product pricing decisions.

What you bring

• Currently enrolled in university studies (Master’s students preferred) in a field with a strong business or analytical focus, such as Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical and conceptual abilities with attention to detail
• Interest in contributing to automation of data collection and reporting processes within the asset management industry
• Experience with data querying or modeling using tools such as SQL and Excel
• Familiarity with BI analytics, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python)
• Ability to use Microsoft Copilot, with a strong commitment to ethical and responsible AI practices
• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage
• Understanding of capital markets and characteristics of typical investment vehicles is beneficial.
