What you do

 

Working within the local People & Culture team you will report to and work with our People & Culture managers in Aschheim.

 

This opportunity is a perfect entry position if you are interested in HR related topics. You will gain a broad insight into the HR lifecycle - from the beginning of an employment relationship until the end. We are a dynamic and highly motivate HR team and are looking forward to getting to know you.

 

Key responsibilities

 

·  Assisting with various HR processes(e.g. preparation of certificates, student contracts, onboarding and offboarding of employees) 
·  Independent processing of invoices in our invoice tool Ariba
·  Supporting with the digital filing system "epas"
·  Supporting the HR team with different other HR related topics along the entire lifecycle

 

Initially this will be a 6 month contract with a possible extension.

What you bring

 

·  Studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Social Sciences or a comparable subject 
·  Enrolled at a university throughout the duration of employment 
·  Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) required 
·  Good knowledge of MS-Office applications and experience in SAP HCM would be beneficial
·  First working experiences in HR are advantageous
·  Proactive and independent attitude 
·  Good communication skills 
·  Open to an international work environment
