JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support in the implementation Allianz Group legal, compliance and privacy standards, including the set-up of corresponding processes in legal, data protection and compliance in accordance with undertaking risk scoping;
Maintenance of the ADH contract library;
Review of IT and non-IT contracts with vendors and customers;
Support the maintenance of the register of processing activities, undertaking of privacy impact assessments and implementation of mitigation measures;
Support during the implementation of a RegTech solution at ADH

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Enrolled at a German university studying law, business administration or any other subject (with a focus on legal, compliance or data protection respectively);
Theoretical knowledge in at least one of the fields: (IT) law, compliance or data privacy;
High degree of self-organization, individual responsibility and decisiveness;
Fluent written and spoken English, German proficiency is a plus;
Excellent writing skills and ability to produce quality written and visual communications;
Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel as well as G Suite
