Your Team  

Our Allianz Multinational Insurance Program team is a dedicated group of specialists, who deliver our unique selling proposition (USP) through technical excellence, the Allianz Network and a relentless focus on clients. We aim to increase the knowledge of our Global Team to enhance the Client Experience through our technical capabilities, internal collaboration and to set the tone for our Multinational growth.  

You will report to our head of Multinational Business Model Transformation and Process Redesign and become part of a global and dynamic team of Multinational professionals.  

 

The Impact You Will Have  

You will be responsible for collaboration with the Chief Underwriting Officer (CUO) office, Network Management and other cross-functional teams in the successful development, launch and standardization of new insurance and existing products. The ideal candidate will ensure alignment with market requirements, facilitate implementation steps, and provide expertise for system and process integrations in line with the target vision, drive the optimization of the processes and automation. In this role, you will leverage your industry knowledge, deep understanding of Multinational value chain and processes, and competitor benchmarking to scope requirements and implement new Multinational business process along with training respective teams and business units. 

 

Some of your specific responsibilities could include: 

  • Collaborate with the CUO office to oversee product rollout initiatives, ensuring alignment with regional and global processes 

  • Understand product requirements, market-specific needs, and producer expectations, leveraging data insights and dashboard reporting 

  • Assess expected volumes and identify opportunities for portfolio and process optimization using tools such as internal systems and Celonis 

  • Establish standards for wording population aligned with system capabilities, including internal systems and internal systems 

  • Develop standardized procedures for new product implementation for both new business and renewals 

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for internal systems integration, internal systems, and future BMP projects 

  • Build and document system maintenance protocols, including internal systems instructions and Excel-based support tools 

  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), offering structured feedback based on BA and process mining experience 

  • Work with SOEs and LOEs to coordinate product implementation steps and maintain operational and data accuracy requirements 

  • Support Network Management and other teams with content development and KPI tracking for new products 

  • Address implementation-related queries and provide guidance to underwriters, LOEs, and SOEs through structured SOPs and training input 

  • Collaborate with the MN training team to share process knowledge, improve stakeholder onboarding, and ensure product launch readiness 

  • Facilitate additional support during the initial launch phase of new offerings, ensuring seamless stakeholder handover 

  • Follow standard portfolio management practices to ensure operational effectiveness and alignment with business goals 

  • Identify and address key product/process issues using RCA techniques and live feedback loops 

  • Actively support the resolution of implementation challenges using structured problem-solving and change management methodologies 

 

What You’ll Bring to the Role 

You’ll be an experienced professional in Corporate & Specialty Insurance with a strong operational and multinational background, ideally with experience across underwriting support, change initiatives, and system/process optimization. You understand the complexity of global insurance programs and can bridge business needs with system solutions to drive impact. 

  • 3+ years of experience in multinational insurance operations, including underwriting support across multiple lines 

  • Hands-on expertise in process mining, UAT and root cause analysis with proven improvements in service quality and speed 

  • Ideally you bring strong familiarity with Allianz Commercial systems such as GPS, Global Genius and Multinational Global Handover Template (MN GHT)  

  • Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement, training collaboration and dashboard reporting for senior management 

  • Solid change management and agile project delivery experience (Scrum/Kanban) 

  • Experience working in multicultural, cross-functional environments 

  • Proficiency in identifying and resolving cross-platform data and operational issues, excellent analytical skills 

  • Strong communication skills in fluent English and strong collaboration, a self-driven mindset 

 

Additionally you could have:  

• Direct experience in reinsurance operations, and performance management 

• Background in training content creation and onboarding process development 

• Advanced reporting capabilities using Excel and visualization tools 

For non-European candidates, having valid work and residence authorization is a plus 

For European candidates who are not Spanish, having a valid Certificate of Registration for EU Citizens (NIE Certificate) is a plus.
