JOB PURPOSE/ROLE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
#LEAD – #lead admin/logistics/support to ensure smooth training/organisation for EMEA people managers
European Induction Day: Assist with the logistics of invitations, guest speakers, food etc., printing, badges
Berlitz administration: Monitor usage, handle payment, reporting; follow up emails on renewals, responding to enquiries (several a week)
LinkedIn Learning / Degreed: Monitor usage, promotions, reporting, identify relevant videos as pre- or post-program supports to our offerings, create learning paths
Training logistics for L&D calendar (room bookings, catering, invitations, pre-work, printing materials, follow-up resources, evaluations, etc)
GGP: logistical support if needed
L&D Reporting: Monitor training attendance and create monthly reports, AllianzU, #LEAD, LinkedIn etc.
European Communication: Preparing the L&D Europe Newsletter and researching topics for editorial, create posters and flyers for promotion
European Training Weeks: Manage administration, liaison with local HR BP, materials, bookings etc.
European Learning & Development Inbox: Manage emails from European colleagues and respond to queries etc.
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Application is open for all students irrespective of background - preferably business or social studies
Proven work experience that demonstrates your ability to work autonomously (this can include internships, part-time jobs, vocational training etc.)
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in both German and English
Organisational talent and ability to work under pressure and towards tight deadlines
Proactivity and service-oriented mindset
MS Office skills
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
You will be based in Frankfurt with flexible working hours of max. 20 hrs/week (12 months contract).
