Working Student in Learning & Development and Communication (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Working Student in Learning & Development and Communication (m/f/d), based in Munich.

Your team

You will support our Underwriting Academy team based in Unterföhring (near Munich) and collaborate closely with colleagues from across the globe. Your role will involve contributing to communication and promotional activities, assisting with learning administration, and driving key projects that bring our learning initiatives to life. Some of your specific responsibilities could include:

• Support the communication and promotion of new trainings and our whole portfolio including drafting blogposts, newsletters, surveys and more
• Take care of the administration of our learning management system including setting up courses, maintaining learning items in SuccessFactors, preparing reports, and helping ensure smooth and reliable learner journeys
• Support the team with various operational tasks (e.g. planning, coordination, preparation of materials, etc.) as required
• Proactively bring in your ideas and shape the learning experience of our underwriters

What You’ll Bring to the Role

• If you’re studying in a related field such as communication and marketing, educational or learning sciences, HR Management, Instructional Design, Media or similar, that would be helpful, but it’s not a must
• Previous working experience, e.g. in Learning & Development, Communication or Marketing would be a plus
• High accuracy, reliability, pro-activeness, and working independently
• Good communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a professional, international working environment
• Business fluent in English (reading and writing), German would be beneficial but is not mandatory
• A basic understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and its potential applications in business is essential.   

Further Information:

• Start in May, duration minimum of 6 months
• Working hours: 20 hours/week, during semester break, you can potentially work up to 38 hours
• Enrollment at university is a requirement for the duration of the employment.
