We are looking for a Working student in HR Global Rewards & Performance (m/f/d) , based in Munich.
Your Team
At Allianz Commercial our Human Resources department has an in-depth understanding of the business, to deliver a best-in-class support and counsel service to our managers. Global Reward & Performance is a specialist area dealing with performance, compensation, benefits and mobility. Among other programs, our work supports the annual performance and compensation cycle, grading, benchmarking and key account management. This is closely linked to various insights and collaborations with other departments.
The Impact You Will Have
Reporting to the Head of Global Rewards & Performance, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a corporate HR department within a large, complex global organization. It is also an opportunity for personal development through networking and learning more about the operational aspect of performance management, mobility and grading.
Some of your specific responsibilities could include:
- Operating and occasionally building Excel tools to perform analyses and calculations efficiently and accurately to support the HR colleagues in the area of Global Mobility, Compensation/Performance Management and Job Evaluation/Grading
- Supporting, maintaining, documenting and administering compensation, grading, performance and mobility data in various IT systems and liaising with local HR on data quality
- Collating and presenting results via Excel or PowerPoint for management meetings or reports
- Developing regular and ad-hoc data reports
- Supporting preparation of annual review processes
- Tracking documentation in ongoing workflows as well process improvements
What You’ll Bring to the Role
- You are currently enrolled in University (preferably in Business, Psychology, IT, or Accounting)
- You have very good analytical and conceptual capabilities
- You are at ease in Excel (V-lookup, pivots etc) and have good MS Office skills generally
- Ideally you have experience with HR IT tools such as SuccessFactors
- Intercultural awareness and “can- do” attitude. You will need to work on tasks independently, therefore high organizational and communicational capabilities as well as a proactive attitude are required
- Fluent in both English.
- A basic understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and its potential applications in business is essential.
Further Information:
- Duration at least 6 months (preferably longer)
- Working hours: 20 hours/week
- Enrollment at the university/college is a prerequisite for the duration of employment.
