Job description
What do we expect you to bring?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Actuarial Science, Statistics or related departments.
- Experience in product development and management in life insurance business
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and data-driven thinking skills.
- Good command of English skills, both verbal and written,
- Good level of knowledge in MS Office programs,
- Experience in SQL is a plus,
- Competency in time management and multi-tasking
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
How can you make an impact?
- Design new products and/or product revisions that align with customer needs and business objectives,
- Conduct actuarial product pricing, develop profitability models, and perform sensitivity tests for profitability analyses,
- Preparation of product documents, special terms, tariffs, and group approval requirements
- Monitor product performance, pricing assumptions and propose improvement suggestions,
- Design incentive models that enhance production while optimizing profitability,
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely project completion,
- Provide support for UAT and regression testing processes as a key business resource in strategic priority projects,
- Review regulatory changes, perform impact analyses and and implement necessary product changes,
- Contribute to the business development process by proposing products, incentives for new channel and partnership options,
- Contribute in ad-hoc and regular analyses/projects,
