About the Job 

The Demand Manager optimizes and consolidates demand across service owners. They review contract data to maximize asset utilization and  recommend and implement optimization strategies. Strong analytical and communication skills,  proven track record in IT and vendor management are essential. Knowledge of IT vendor software licensing models required for software vendor portfolio.

 

What you do

  • Evaluate and identify opportunities for demand optimization and consolidation across various service owners
  • Review existing contract data and consumption reports to identify coverage potentials and enable service owners to leverage existing assets and contracts effectively
  • Work closely with IT Asset  Managers to identify opportunities for asset reuse.
  • Recommend demand optimization strategies, Actively drive their realization in collaboration with Procurement, demand owners,  asset management and other  stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on the outcomes of demand management to ensure continuous improvement
  • Accountable for overseeing governance and compliance processes to ensure adherence to organizational policies and standards

 

What you bring

  • Proven track record in optimizing and consolidating demand across service owners and implementing strategies for asset utilization.
  • Ability to evaluate contract data and consumption reports to identify optimization opportunities and coverage potentials.
  • Experience in IT and vendor management, including software licensing models for software vendor portfolios.
  • Ability to work closely with IT Asset Managers, Procurement, demand owners, and other stakeholders to drive demand optimization strategies and asset reuse.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively monitor, report, and ensure continuous improvement in demand management processes.
  • Accountable for overseeing governance and compliance processes, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and standards.
