Transversal Solution Architect

Job description

You will: 

·  Help, Advise development squads to implement group architecture guideline and decisions
·  Do Code Review with squads to ensure the quality and help in solving problems
·  Train tech leads on architecture pattern guidelines of the group
·  Be part of a squad for few weeks when new project is starting to facilitate the startup
·  Follow-up and steer the transversal architecture debt
·  Communicate on architecture decisions and activities by organizing Meetup / Events

 

Your skills: 

·  Knowledge of state-of-the-art architecture practices.
·  Past experience as Tech Lead and/or Senior Developer in Full Stack and Cloud (NodeJS and Angular expertise is a plus)
·  Knowledge of Credit Insurance is a plus
·  Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus
·  Fluent in English (mandatory)
·  Ability to steer studies in a multicultural environment with both business and technical teams
·  Solid communication skills with strong facilitation / co-construction skills
·  Diplomacy skills: ability to combine strength of conviction and tact
·  Pragmatism and common sense
