About the Role
- Champion exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with risk policies, legal, and regulatory obligations.
- Utilize technical expertise to enhance the customer experience and continuously strive for service excellence.
- Foster strong relationships and open communication with cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration and alignment.
- Inspire and mentor your team, promoting growth in negotiation, customer service, and technical skills.
- Act as a trusted escalation point for complex queries and complaints, identifying root causes and offering thoughtful solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance and service standards
