Job description

Introduction of the position
Within a very operational team of life and disability claims management, you are required to independently manage a variety of administrative tasks while also work in close collaboration with the rest of the team on the management of life and disability cases on a diverse range of contracts.
Missions and responsibilities
Your main missions are the following:
· Medical underwriting cases
· High cost claim cases
· Management of a variety of administrative tasks and ad hoc requests
· Interactions with medical advisors on health, life and disability files for the acceptance and management of advanced claims and cost containment on cases with third party administrators
· Management of insurance claims (incapacity, invalidity, death) in collaboration with the team
· Cross-functional communication with other departments of Allianz Care (legal, accounting, actuarial, portfolio monitoring team)
· Provide contractual information/clarifications to our various stakeholders (Brokers, Third Party Administrators, Policyholders/Clients, Insured Members etc.)
Required Profile
Qualifications :
· Fluent English (written and spoken)
· Fluent French (written and spoken)
· Thirst for continuous learning
· Able to work in an environment subject to deadlines and planning requirements
· Strong team spirit
· Good interpersonal skills
· Involved, reactive and proactive
· Ability to prioritize and manage time
· Experience in managing health, life and disability cases
